This page explains how to request deletion of personal data collected through Lhots of Golden Travel and Tours websites and Facebook/Meta integrations.

1. Who can request

Customers with a booking account
Facebook users who messaged our Page, commented, or submitted Lead Ads
Administrators who connected Facebook to our dashboard

2. How to request

Email Data Deletion Request to:

Include your name, email or Facebook profile name, approximate interaction date, and what to delete.

3. What we delete

Customer profiles, bookings, and payment proofs (where permitted)
Cached Messenger and comment data
Lead Ads CRM records
Facebook access tokens when admin disconnects

4. Timeline

We respond within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, unless law or active bookings require retention.

5. Remove app in Facebook

Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove Precodes Software Solutions, then email us to delete server copies.
